Creative people are more likely to cheat!

Harvard study

shows,
"Creativity doesn't always go with integrity" , it shows that people who are more creative are more likely to cheat others in financial matters.
For the study, published in the Nov. 28 issue of the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, researchers used establish psychological tests to determine the 99 participants' creativity and intelligence. The participants were paid a small sum for participating in the study, and were given several opportunities to earn extra cash.Dr. Francesca Gino, associate professor of business administration at Harvard University, said in a written statement.

"Creative sparks may lead individuals to take unethical routes when searching for solutions to problems and tasks."the research found that when it comes to money,
Creative people are more likely to cheat to get it than their less-imaginative counterparts.

They may be more skilled at coming u with reasons for their less-than-ethical actions, the researcher said.
